Create a Shipment: Troubleshooting

Lynden’s EZ Commerce lets you initiate shipments with the touch of a button. Frequent shipments can be saved as “templates,” allowing you to quickly repeat your regular shipments without having to re-enter information. The system will also generate documents and labels for your shipments based on the shipment details you provide.

Access the Create A Shipment Feature

If you would like access to create shipments, bills of lading and other documents online you must be setup for EZ Commerce and have this feature enabled. Sign up for EZ Commerce. If you already have an EZ Commerce account and need the Create a Shipment feature enabled, please contact us at customercare@lynden.com or 1-888-596-3361.

Need a Bill of Lading Number for Your Shipment

If you would like access to create shipments, bills of lading and other documents online you must be setup for EZ Commerce. Sign up for EZ Commerce.

Can’t Print my Bill of Lading or Labels

If you are having trouble printing, please go into the “Activity” menu, select the shipment(s) you want documents for and print PDF’s. You can also email the documents.

Recurring Shipments

If you have shipments using the same general data such as company name, address, etc. the Template feature saves time by repeating that general data on future shipments. You can open an existing template, click on the pencil to edit and then save using the menu on the right side.
