The types of data you select for a report will affect how information is displayed in your report.
Here is an overview of each Data Type:
Shipment Data: This selection provides an overview of each Shipment, excluding master shipments and non-freight invoices.
Freight Data: This selection is useful for detailed analysis when you need specific attributes about your Freight. If a shipment has multiple pieces of Freight, you see a row for each Freight identifier. Note: Historic (delivered) equipment numbers are displayed only in reports that use the Freight Data type and only for Full-Container-Loads (FCL).
Master and Shipment Data: This selection includes Shipment level data and rows for Master Shipments. Master Shipments are used for invoicing or operational purposes.
All Invoice Types: This selection includes Miscellaneous, Interest, Shipment and Master Shipment Invoices. This will have links to posted invoices and is designed for users interested in all invoice types, regardless of freight movement.
