Once a Standard or Custom Report is selected, you can define whether you want to pull shipment information based on a defined date range, or an event such as barge or ship sailing.
The Time-based options range from today and last calendar year to a custom date range that you specify.
The Event-based option (formerly the Voyage report) triggers reports when a vessel departs and shows which shipments are moving on that sailing. Event-based reports can be scheduled for ship sailings between Tacoma/Fife and Anchorage, or barge sailings anywhere AML services. The ship report sends automatically 12 hours after the vessel departs. AML barge reports send times vary by departure origin. Any report can be set up as event-based, but the data aligns best with the standard Expanded Report type.
