Standard reports in EZ Commerce were created based on customer feedback and with customer user roles in mind.
The list of reports includes Accounting, Basic, Expanded, Outstanding Balance, and All Columns Alphabetically. The report you select will affect what information displays in your report.
Here is an overview of each Standard Report type:
Accounting: The Accounting report provides all accounting transactional data for shipments within the requested timeframe, regardless of payment status. Each shipment has a hyperlink that enables you to log in and download associated documents.
Basic Report: The Basic report provides the essential information for each shipment. Each shipment has a hyperlink that enables you to log in and access more details.
Expanded Report: The Expanded report includes all columns from the Basic report, as well as additional columns, for a more advanced view. Each shipment has a hyperlink that enables you to log in and access more details.
Outstanding Balance: The Outstanding Balance report provides all the essential information regarding open account receivable transactions regardless of their age. Each shipment has a hyperlink that enables you to log in and download associated documents.
