What you need to know:

  • We consider new appliances to include brand new appliances as well as appliances that are used (such as a vintage item) but are considered new to the end user. This would not include appliances that someone is shipping because they are moving their household.
  • Types of appliances that we ship include smaller items for countertop use as well as larger items that may require permanent install. Examples include the following: Air fryers, microwaves, refrigerators, dishwashers, heat pumps, and others.
  • We can transport appliances properly packaged and palletized for shipping as a less than container load (LCL) or full container load (FCL) shipment to Southeast Alaska, Cordova, and seasonally to Western Alaska and locations in the Arctic region. We only transport full container loads (FCL) to Hawaii and Central Alaska. View a list of our locations.
  • Alaska Marine Lines will stage a pallet at our location for you to load, however we do not assist with loading or unloading.
  • Call customer service to set up your shipment, and provide a completed bill of lading when dropping appliances to our Service Center. Shipping charges must be paid in advance or when you drop off your shipment.
