Shipping Online Orders to Alaska

Ordering something from Amazon, Wayfair, or another vendor to be shipped to Alaska? We provide transportation of your items to destinations in Southeast and Western Alaska, and the Arctic region. Alaska Marine Lines is committed to receiving and shipping your items correctly and efficiently out of our Seattle Service Center. Your help is needed to ensure this happens by doing the following:

1. How to Label your Package

We want to ship your package to the correct location. Please instruct your shipper to include your name and abbreviated destination city on the package label – without this information, your package may be sent to the wrong location. If there’s enough space on the label, please also include your phone number.

2. Ordering Multiple Items

Alaska Marine Lines will consolidate your shipments received on the same day, from the same shipper. Shipments received on different days will not be shipped or billed together. Ask your shipper to do their best to send packages together. When ordering from retailers, like Wayfair or Amazon, they may not be the actual shipper. If items ship from multiple vendors, these pieces will be transported as separate shipments. If you are planning to ship a large number of small packages, it may be best to work with a local consolidator to ensure all pieces move together.

Note: Customers are responsible for their orders shipped to Alaska Marine Lines, and all freight charges, as online orders cannot be returned.
