Tacoma/Fife Delivery Driver Information

When you call, please have the following information ready:

1. Truck # and company
2. Driver Name
3. Pre-shipment Entry (PSE #)
4. Final Destination of Load
5. PO# , load# or pro# that may apply
6. Flatbed or van freight.

Flatbed loading requirements:

Shipper must build flatbed load as an even pick with 4 x 4 dunnage on bottom with no steel resting on steel, gaps or voids in load. Dunnage or blocking must be used. Dunnage must measure as wide as it is tall.

Minimum number of stickers per tier:

• 28′ / 4 stickers
• 40′ / 5 stickers
• 45′ / 6 stickers
• 48′ / 6 stickers
• 53′ / 7 stickers

Flatbed shipments to be routed via the ARM- BARGE service cannot include items or packages (pallets, boxes, crates, etc.) that cannot be properly secured for safe transit. If such items are determined that safe securement is not possible, these items will be transported separated from the tendered shipment at an additional charge.

Driving Directions

From Kent, Seattle and North:
I-5 South to Exit 137 “FIFE/MILTON EXIT”, turn right at the end of off ramp (traffic light), straight through the next light at Pacific Highway, to the second traffic light at 12TH ST. E., turn right, first driveway on right. (Approximately ½ mile from freeway ramp).

From Eastside (Bellevue, Redmond, Issaquah and I-90):
Take I-405 to I-5, Southbound, I-5 Southbound to Exit 137 “FIFE/MILTON EXIT”, turn right at the end of off ramp (traffic light), straight through the next light at Pacific Highway, to the second traffic light at 12TH ST. E., turn right, first driveway on. (Approximately ½ mile from freeway ramp).

From Eastern Washington:
I-90 to Highway 18, take Highway 18 to I-5 Southbound, to Exit 137 “FIFE/MILTON EXIT”, turn right at the end of off ramp (traffic light), straight through the next light at Pacific Highway, to the second traffic light at 12TH ST. E., turn right, first driveway on right. (Approximately ½ mile from freeway ramp).

From South (Tacoma, Portland, California):
Northbound on I-5 Exit 137 “FIFE/MILTON EXIT”, stay left (North) to end of ramp, take right. Go to third traffic light; turn right on 12th Street East, first driveway on right. (Approximately ½ mile from freeway ramp).

Arrival at Terminal

• Enter at first gate and proceed to the freeway side of the building
• Shipping and receiving is located inside the door at the top of the steps by the ramp door
• Completed Bill of lading with Consignee name and address is required
• All freight must be clearly labeled with Consignee name and destination
