Planning to order from Amazon, Wayfair, or another online retailer and need it delivered to Alaska? We offer reliable transportation services from Washington to locations throughout the state. At Lynden Transport, we’re dedicated to handling your shipments accurately and promptly through our Tacoma/Fife Service Center. To help us serve you better, please make sure to follow these important steps:

1. How to Label your Package

To make sure your shipment reaches the right destination, it’s important that your shipper includes your name or company name and Lynden quote number on the package label. Including this key information helps ensure your package arrives at the correct destination without delays. If space allows, adding your phone number is also helpful in case we need to contact you.

Does your online order contain hazardous material? If so, please contact our team before shipping your order to us. We’ll work with you to ensure a bill of lading and any additional paperwork is prepared ahead of time, either by someone qualified to do so at the shipper or by referring to a third party certified hazardous document preparer.

2. Ordering Multiple Items

To help streamline your delivery, Lynden Transport will combine shipments that arrive on the same day from the same shipper. Please note that items arriving on different days will be shipped and billed separately. If possible, ask your shipper to send packages together.

When ordering from online retailers like Amazon or Wayfair, keep in mind that they may work with multiple vendors—so your items could ship separately. If you’re expecting a large number of smaller packages, working with a local consolidator can be a great way to ensure everything moves together efficiently.

Please Note: Customers are responsible for all orders shipped to Lynden Transport, including any associated freight charges. Since online orders cannot be returned through our service, please double-check your details before shipping.

Follow these instructions for shipping your parcel

Please instruct your shipper to include your name or company name and Lynden quote number on the package label so that we can ship your package to the correct location. Without this information, your package may be sent to the wrong location. If there’s enough space on the label, please also include your phone number.

  • Lynden Transport will consolidate your shipments received on the same day, from the same shipper. Note: shipments received on different days will not be shipped or billed together.
  • When ordering from retailers, like Wayfair or Amazon, they may not be the actual shipper. If items ship from multiple vendors, these pieces will be transported as separate shipments. If you are planning to ship a large number of small packages, it may be best to work with a local consolidator to ensure all pieces move together.
  • Once package(s) are received, our team will assign a Lynden tracking number and load your shipment onto the next available departure headed to your destination.
  • Track your shipment with the Lynden tracking number, or quote number, in our tracking center.
  • Receive automatic email notifications with Shipment Updates when your shipment departs origin, arrives at destination, and the date it will be available for pickup.
