(For reference only) Central Alaska Points include Anchorage, Fairbanks, Kenai, Soldotna, Palmer, Wasilla, Seward, Homer, Cordova, Valdez, Kodiak and Prudhoe Bay.

Southeast Alaska Points include Juneau, Ketchikan, Sitka, Petersburg, Wrangell, Haines, and Skagway.

The Fuel Related Surcharge assessed on the following lanes are published by the underlying water or air carrier and adapted by Lynden Transport in their entirety.

LANE 1
Ship – Steamship based service and Household Goods service between lower 48 and Alaska points (excluding Southeast Alaska).

LANE 1A
Ship – Non Fuel Roll-in – Steamship based service and Household Goods service between lower 48 and Alaska points (excluding Southeast Alaska).

LANE 2
Central Alaska Barge – Fuel roll-in – Barge based service between lower 48 and Alaska points excluding Southeast Alaska; Barge based service between Central Alaska and Cordova, AK.

LANE 3
Southeast Alaska Barge and Marine Highway – Barge based service between lower 48 and Southeast Alaska points; Marine Highway service.

LANE 4
Air (Involving Interstate Shipments) – Same as Lane 1.

LANE 4A
Air – Involving AK Intrastate Shipments.

LANE 5
Interstate Highway – Based on a weighted average of OPIS No. 2 Diesel Rack Average prices in the following locations: Houston, TX 25%, Billings, MT 20%, Edmonton, AB 18%, Dawson Creek BC 13%, Fairbanks, AK 24%.

LANE 5A
(Legacy) Interstate Highway Shipments – Based on the current weeks surcharge will take effect the same day as the EIA announcement.

LANE 6
Intra-Alaska Highway – Based on OPIS Fairbanks average for No. 2 diesel.
