Lynden offers multiple ways to automatically track shipments. Our Shipment Updates emails provide automatic email notifications whenever your shipment hits certain milestones in the shipping process. You can choose to get email updates only for specific shipments, or receive them for all shipments associated with your account (EZ Commerce is required to get updates for all shipments). Emails will be sent when the shipment is received by Lynden, when it departs the origin service center, when it has arrived at the destination service center, when a delivery has been scheduled (or the date it will be available for pickup, if it's not being delivered), and when it has been delivered.
Customers with many shipments or those looking for more detailed information may choose to sign up for Lynden's EZ Commerce Reporting. You can view reports online, receive them via email, and download them in a variety of data formats. Standard accounting, management, and operations reports are readily available and custom reports can be created to fit specific information needs.

Shipment Updates (Individual Shipments)
Shipments Updates emails can be set up for specific shipments. To get started, go to www.lynden.com/trace.html and enter your shipment tracking number (this can also be done from within EZ Commerce).
Click on the “Get Email Updates” button.
Enter your email address (or multiple email addresses separated by a comma). Select the “I’m not a robot” checkbox and click the “Subscribe” button.
You're all set! As your shipment status changes you will receive email notifications that look like the image below. Emails will be sent when the shipment is received by Lynden, when it departs the origin service center, when it has arrived at the destination service center, when a delivery has been scheduled (or the date it will be available for pickup, if it's not being delivered), and when it has been delivered.

In order to get started with Shipment Updates you must be set up for EZ Commerce, our free online shipping, billing and documentation system. Please visit www.lynden.com/signup to sign up for EZ Commerce and, when prompted, select "Yes" to include Shipment Updates on your setup.
EZ Commerce Reporting
Reporting puts you in control of important shipment information needed to help manage your transportation process. You can view reports online, receive them via email, and download them as Excel, HTML, or as a Comma Delimited files. In addition, you have the ability to schedule reports to be emailed to multiple email addresses covering specific date ranges and sent at intervals you specify.
