Seafood Shipping
The transportation and logistics capabilities of the Lynden family of companies mean we have the right equipment for the job. Lynden’s Cool Chain logistics service manages your seafood supply chain from start to finish. Whether moving the cargo quickly by air, directly by highway or economically by sea, we can accommodate the needs of fishermen, processors, restaurants and other customers. Our Hercules aircraft fly freshly caught seafood from King Salmon, Dillingham and Western Alaska to Anchorage. We transport product by truck to Anchorage from Homer, Kenai, Seward and Cordova. Seafood from Southeast Alaska travels by barge and ferry to Seattle. We also move fish from Central Alaska to Seattle by steamship. We feed markets in Asia and other international locations from Anchorage, as well as distributing seafood to other domestic locations via air, highway, and sea service.
