| Kevin Gillies | Is the Vice President, Canada for Lynden International Logistics Co (LILCO), and reports directly to Lynden Inc. headquarters in Seattle, WA. Kevin has over 25 years of industry experience in logistics managing multiple facilities. He has an extremely solid and extensive background in operations and has previously held positions as General Manager Western Canada, General Manager Healthcare (Canada), and Branch Manager. As Vice President for Lynden, Kevin oversees all facets of LILCO from Calgary, Alberta. |
| Ray Tribe | Is Director of Operations based in Vaughan, Canada. Ray’s responsibilities envelop the Order-to-Cash functions of the three warehouse operations, call centres and innovation initiatives. With the growing need for balance between compliance and cost containment in this industry, he is deploying a variety of people development strategies and best in class supply chain tools including LEAN process flow improvements. Previously, Ray was Manager of Distribution Strategy at Johnson & Johnson, and progressive supply chain leadership roles within Kraft Canada Inc., Coca Cola Ltd. and American Standard. He sits on the Supply Chain Logistics Canada Board of Directors as Treasurer; is a member of the Logistics Quarterly Magazine Advisory Board; a Professional Engineer graduating from McMaster University in Civil Engineering & Management; and holds a Certificate of Executive Supply Chain & Logistics Management from Schulick School of Business at York University. |
| Robbie Prest | Is Director Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance responsible for all regulatory and licensing activities, and for development and ongoing management of the quality assurance system at the Lynden facilities. Before joining Lynden, Robbie was Director Materials Management and Sterile Processing, Cambridge Hospital, Manager of Quality Process at pharmaceutical manufacturer Patheon, Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Livingston Health Care and UPS SCS and owned her own consulting business for Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance services. Robbie has in-depth knowledge of Health Canada’s requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution and her experience in logistics provides a unique insight into the challenges and solutions when operating within the GMP environment. |
| Adrian Peluffo | Is the National Administration and Clients Services Manager across all LILCO Distribution Centers, ensuring consistency in Systems, Processes and Procedures. Adrian joined LILCO (formerly Livingston Healthcare) in 1996 holding various positions from Inventory Analyst to Administration Manager throughout the course of his time with the organization, leading up to his current appointment since 2008. With his combined experience within the healthcare industry and operations alike his key responsibilities are to build and maintain strategic partnerships with the Clients, continually assessing their satisfaction with customized solutions and, in conjunction with his counterparts, anticipate needs, correct off-track situations and build new value-added services. At various times he has also been called upon to project manage and liaise between Information Technology departments both internally and with LILCO’s client base. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies from York University and also holds a Pharmacy Technician Certificate while working in the Pharmacy retail sector for 13 years. |
| Marc Curcio | Serves as Manager, Business Development for Lynden international Logistics Co (LILCO). Marc initially began working for LILCO in 1995 (formerly Livingston Healthcare) and rejoined in 2011. His responsibilities include client acquisition and channel development for all LILCO facilities across Canada, as well as execute all trade marketing initiatives with new and current client partners alike. Marc brings over 15 years of healthcare industry experience to Lynden, and has held senior management roles in both sales and marketing within Canada and the US with leading healthcare organizations in the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical and CPG industries, including McKesson, Iovate Health Sciences, and Metagenics. Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University and represents Lynden at various industry related conferences and events and is a member of the Canadian Health Food Association, the Canadian Cosmetic, Toiletry & Fragrance Association, and the Vaughan Chamber of Commerce. |
