Tracking Solutions

Lynden offers customers multiple ways to track shipments. Tracking solutions include:

  • Standard Tracking
  • EZ Commerce
  • Shipment Updates
  • Mobile App

Standard Tracking:

Customers can easily track their shipments using their bill of lading number.  Selecting the "Additional Methods" allows you to track using a reference or connecting carrier pro numbers. Standard Tracking requires no log in.

When you know the Lynden bill of lading number, enter and click "Track."

Details of the shipment are returned including the origin, destination and statuses. 

You can "Get Email Updates" as long as the shipment has not been delivered.

Using the "Additional Tracking Methods" link, enter "Your Reference Number" or "Connecting Carrier Pro" number, then "Submit."

Details of the shipment are returned including the origin, destinations and statuses.

You can "Get Email Updates" as long as the shipment has not been delivered.

After logging into EZ Commerce, you are automatically opened to the Shipment Info tab.

Tracking is available using:

  • Ref. Search
  • Date Search
  • Statements

The Recently Viewed Shipments is another feature to quickly find shipments previously viewed.

Reference Search:

In the Ref. Search field you can search by a variety of numbers such as:

  • Lynden bill number
  • Reference number
  • Connecting Carrier Pro number

After entering the number, select Search.

Search results provide detailed shipment information including

  • Any available documents
  • Status data
  • Ability to Get Email Updates

Date Search:

In the Date Search field you can search by:

  • Date Range
  • Filters including:
    • Shipper
    • Consignee
    • Current Status
    • Lynden Company

After choosing your date range and filters, click on Apply Filters and then Search.

The search results displays all shipments meeting the criterion you based your search on (date and filters).

To get more details, click on any of the Lynden bill numbers.

  • Ability to Get Email Updates

Statements Search:

To use the Statements search, use the down arrow key and select the date range for the shipments you want details on.

Results based on the statement selected and will display all shipments on that particular statement. For more shipment details, click on the Lynden No.

Search results provide detailed shipment information including:

  • Any available documents
  • Status data
  • Ability to Get Email Updates

Any shipments recently viewed will be displayed on the right side and can be accessed again by clicking on the Lynden No.

Email Updates:

Our new Shipment Updates emails provide automatic email notifications whenever your shipment hits certain milestones in the shipping process. You can choose to get email updates only for specific shipments, or receive them for all shipments associated with your account (EZ Commerce is required to get updates for all shipments). Emails will be sent when the shipment is received by Lynden, when it departs the origin service center, when it has arrived the destination service center, and when it has been delivered.

Tracking Using the Mobile App:

Click on "Trace" and you can use it just like Standard Tracking by entering your Lynden bill of lading number if known; or you can enter "Your Reference Number" or "Connecting Carrier Pro" number, then select the number as "Lynden #" or as "Reference #" or as "Connecting Carrier #." You will get the status, origin and destination data.

Troubleshooting

The following issues are the same when using your mobile device or computer.

If you are using Standard Tracking or Additional Tracking Methods and do not have a Lynden bill of lading number, reference number or connecting carrier pro number, please contact us at customercare@lynden.com, 1-888-596-3361, or Live Chat with us.
