Our mobile app was developed based on feedback from customers and provides accurate, up-to-date shipment information directly from your iPhone or Android device.
Customers can search for individual shipments using the Lynden Bill of Lading, or Reference or Connecting Carrier Pro numbers, as well as access a streamlined claims submission process. GPS maps showing the exact location of your freight are available for select shipments.
Sign in to your EZ Commerce account to easily view shipments without having to remember a tracking number; sort, filter and search to find exactly what you are looking for, whenever you need it. You can even view and share documents such as Bill of Lading and Delivery Receipts. You can also access the location of your shipment using the map.

To reset your password, submit your login to our Reset Password page. Your login is your full email address.
After submitting, an email will be sent to you with a link to create a new password. You have 24 hours to use this link or it will expire. (If you are past the 24 hours point, repeat the first step to receive a new email with a link).
Once you have reset your password, you can login to EZ Commerce using the new password.
Once you go through the claims form it will create an email message with all of your claims information. Please ensure you hit “send” on this email message so the information is submitted.
